Storii users who access the platform via a smartphone will receive a text message every Sunday containing a list of upcoming questions. This feature ensures that users are always prepared to engage with the content and share their stories.

Connections, which include friends or relatives linked to a loved one's profile, will receive SMS notifications whenever a storyteller answers a life story question. Additionally, users have the option to set up email notifications for the same updates.

If you are a Connection that is not receiving SMS notifications, it's possible that your phone number is not attached to your account. This happens when Connections are invited to connect to their loved one's profile by email.

1. Log in to Storii online or use the Storii Family App, available for both Apple and Android devices.

2. Click on the arrow next to your profile image.

3. Select Settings.

4. Click on Account.

5. Ensure that your phone number is entered correctly and has been verified. If you are experiencing issues receiving text notifications, you may need to remove and re-add your phone number.
