Listening to Your Life Story Recordings by Phone

If you don't have access to a computer or smartphone, or prefer to listen by phone, you can call the Storii number at any time to hear your life story recordings played back to you. This is ideal for users with a landline-only connection or those with visual impairments.

Note: Every Storii user is assigned a 4-digit PIN code. You can find yours on your profile in Storii. If you don't have access to your PIN, you can request one over the phone at any time.

• Call the Storii phone number (in the U.S., this is +1 559 206 8906)

• Press 5 or say "Recordings".

• Enter your 4-digit PIN code, or press * to request a new PIN — your PIN will be shared with you immediately over the phone.

• Choose a playback option:

  • Press 1 to hear your most recent recording

  • Press 2 to hear your oldest recording

  • Press 3 to hear recordings by date — you will be prompted to enter the year, month, and date of the recording

  • Press 4 to hear a random recording

Once a recording is finished, you'll be asked whether you want to play the next recording or select a specific recording.
