Subscriptions are only required during periods when life story calls are being sent out or received by users.
Once an individual has 'completed' their life story recording, both they and their family members will still have the ability to access and export their stories at no charge.
If you choose to cancel your paid Storii subscription, which involves downgrading to a free account, all answers will remain stored on your or your loved one's profile in a read-only format.
Additionally, you will have the option to export your answers at any time.
