How to request a Refund or Return
If you purchased a Storii subscription or Gift box as a gift for someone and they do not want to participate, you can get a refund if you are still within 14 days of your purchase date. If you purchased a Storii Gift Box it must be unopened and unactivated in order to return it for a refund.
Submit a Refund Request
Please contact Storii Support by emailing team@storii.com or use the Live Chat option on our website/your account. In your message, please include your name, email address, order number (if available) and the name of the person you purchased the gift for where appropriate.
If you purchased a Storii Gift Box, you will need to return the gift box to:
