Subscription Usage and Extension Policy

A 12-month Storii subscription begins on the date it is activated using the provided code. For example, if you purchase Storii in December but activate it in March, the 12-month subscription period will start in March.

If your subscription has been activated but calling features have not been set up and no calls have been made or received, we can extend the subscription period by up to 3 months. To request an extension, please email us at team@storii.com.

Please note, if the subscription is activated (i.e., the activation code has been entered and calls have been initiated), we are unable to provide an extension.
